Full registration fee covers attendance at all sessions from Monday 12 May to Wednesday 14 May, coffee breaks, lunches, badge, delegate bag, one set of proceedings and attendance at the Welcome Reception on Sunday 11 May, Bosphorus Tour on Monday 12 May and Conference Dinner on Wednesday 14 May 2008.

Low and middle income economies are countries that are not classified in the list of 60 high-income economies according to the World Bank Atlas Method; please refer to www.worldbank.org > Data & Research > Key statistics > Classification of economies.

Accompanying person registration fee covers attendance at the Welcome Reception on Sunday 11 May, Bosphorus Tour on Monday 12 May and Conference Dinner on Wednesday 14 May 2008.

Student registration fee is available for full-time graduate students, and a written official document of proof is required to be sent for registration.

An author with a single fee may register for two papers at the most.
