Reservations for these hotels must be made through Tour Select, to receive these special rates. Since a limited number of rooms are available in each hotel, you must indicate your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices on the Registration Form. Hotels are valid for Congress dates. Hotel Rates will be different for the accommodations before May 11, because of the FORMULA 1 Organization in Istanbul.
Please kindly complete the 'Accommodation section' of the Registration Form and send to Tour Select directly. Tour Select will then validate receipt of your reservation request and inform you which hotel is available. In order to guarantee your reservation, you must confirm your acceptance by sending the payment. Reservations can not be guaranteed until the payment is received.
